These terms are an agreement between you and Goofling ("we") about the Goofling game. By playing you agree to them. If you downloaded Goofling from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies.
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Goofling for your own entertainment. Don't cheat, hack, reverse engineer, overload our servers or use the game to harass anyone. We may remove scores or block access where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.
Coins and boosters are in-game items with no cash value. They can't be exchanged for real money or transferred. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and their refund rules apply. Items that unlock permanently (like Remove Ads or the World Pass) can be restored with Restore Purchases in Settings. Coins and progress are stored on your device; if you delete the app or lose your device they may not be recoverable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Leaderboards, versus games and challenge links are public. Player names are generated by the game. We may change, suspend or end online features, worlds or events at any time.
Goofling shows ads, including optional ads you can watch for rewards. See the Privacy Policy for how ads use data and the choices you have.
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Goofling's worlds are playful, fictionalised takes on real cities. Place names are used to describe locations; no landmark, organisation or brand endorses the game.
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer laws where you live.
